Let's answer some questions...

What is Forest School?
So, have you heard of Forest School? It's basically a way for kids to learn outside and get in with nature. They do all sorts of cool stuff like building forts, starting fires (safely, of course), and just exploring the great outdoors. It's a really and hands-on way for kids to build confidence and independence.

What is the difference between Forest School & Outdoor Learning?
So, you're wondering what's the deal forest school and outdoor learning, right? Well, they're both ways of learning in nature, but forest school is all about letting kids take the lead and play in the woods. Outdoor learning can happen anywhere outside and might have more structured activities led by a teacher.

What should the children wear?
Children should wear comfortable and weather-appropriate clothing to forest school. This may include long trousers, sturdy shoes or boots, and layers to accommodate changing temperatures. It's also to consider any potential hazards in the forest, such as nettles or ticks, and dress accordingly.
